Congregations and Presbyteries
The Synod of Victoria and Tasmania is part of the Uniting Church in Australia, the country’s third largest Christian denomination. We are one of six Synods, comprising 405 congregations and more than 60,000 members. We also have eight presbyteries and are associated with 12 schools.
The Uniting Church Synod of Victoria and Tasmania is divided into eight presbyteries. The presbyteries have some administrative oversight of the congregations in their region. The list below provides the key contacts for each presbytery.
